Ocean Giants & Jungle Paths

“From the depths of the ocean to the heart of the wild.”

Tour Introduction

About This Trip

Dive into a world of contrasts with Ocean Giants & Jungle Paths, a specialized 6-day expedition that captures the essence of Sri Lanka’s southern biodiversity. Your journey begins on the open sea, tracking the largest animal on earth—the Blue Whale—off the coast of Mirissa. You will then transition to the serene silence of the Kalametiya and Bundala Wetlands, havens for migratory birds, before culminating in the adrenaline of a Yala National Park safari, where leopards and elephants roam the dry zone forests.
