My name is Nasmeer, the eldest brother. From a young age, I carried the responsibilities of a father figure. We were not born into wealth, business, or strong connections—only hard work, hope, and belief in each other.
Our father was a shoemaker who supported our family for nearly 30 years. When we lost him, life changed completely. From that moment, our journey began—not by choice, but by responsibility.
In 2014, I left my studies and sports life to support my family. I worked in jewellery shops, mobile shops, cushion shops, and spare parts shops, gaining experience, discipline, and strength. Later, I studied Hotel Management, believing hospitality could create a better future for my brothers.
I trained and worked in hotels in Colombo and Negombo, starting as a Public Area Attendant. Despite struggling with English, I learned by observing, working in housekeeping, kitchen operations, and food & beverage, building real-life hospitality knowledge step by step.
Throughout my journey, my dream was always to rise together with my brothers. One brother gained international study experience, while the other worked as an Uber and PickMe driver, learning Sri Lanka’s roads, destinations, and traveler needs. Today, both are studying tourism. Though we gained knowledge in different ways, we shared one goal—to succeed together.
F & K Travels & Tours with Brothers is named in honor of our mother, sister, and our beloved father, Nasar Haji, whose values guide us every day. We are not just a travel company—we are a family welcoming you into our country, culture, and story.
